TO THE CONGRESS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE WORLD VOVINAM FEDERATION

The Organizing Committee for the World Vovinam Federation congress kindly
suggests the National Olympic Committee nominates two representatives (of
which at least one should be a Vovinam master) to take part in the conference for
the establishment of the World Vovinam Federation which will be held in
Hochiminh City - Vietnam on September 24th -26th 2008.

Since the success of this congress is such an important step for us, we would be
honored to receive your response and list of participating representatives.
